Payment is full and upfront via paypal or ko-fi in USD

I do not accept payment plans

Refunds are only available before the sketch is approved

I reserve the right to refuse any commission proposal

I reserve the right to modify and reuse any rejected poses or concepts

I retain the rights of the image and can distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon

The client cannot claim the work to be their own

The client may upload the work where they wish as long as they credit/link back to my page/gallery

The work may not be used for any commercial uses (i.e producing prints, t-shirts, badges etc to sell)

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissied artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is stricly prohibited.
